REMANUFACTURED TRANSFER CASE WARRANTY AND CORE POLICY

We would like to thank you for purchasing this high quality remanufactured part. Not only have you saved a considerable amount of money over a new part, but you are helping the environment by recycling.

TRANSFER CASES ARE NOT SHIPPED WITH ENCODER MOTORS (SHIFT MOTOR).

CORES: TRANSFER CASE CORE MUST BE RETURNED IN OUR CONTAINER USING OUR PREPAID UPS MAILER WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DATE RECEIVED OR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED 500.00. CORES RETURNED AFTER 2 WEEKS ARE SUBJECT TO 75.00 IN LATE FEES. CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY IS TO GET CORE TO UPS. CORES MUST BE DRAINED OF ALL FLUID BEFORE SHIPPING BACK. LEAKING FLUID WILL RESULT IN VOIDED WARRANTY AND POSSIBLE UPS FINES.

We warrant every part ordered to be the correct part as ordered and in good working condition. In the highly unlikely event there is a problem with the part or the part is deemed to be defective we hold theright to either replace or repair the part. Opening the case without written approval VOIDS any and all warranties. Warranty does NOT cover rental car or loss of income or labor or ANYTHING other than replacing the part. By installing you agree to these terms.

In the event of a part needing to be replaced the original part must first be received back to our shipping facility before a replacement part can be shipped. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARTS SHIPPED FREIGHT COLLECT. No exceptions. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARTS SHIPPED TO OUR CORPORATE BILLING ADDRESS.

Customers choosing to cancel an order for any reason will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee and be required to pay the shipping charges both ways. There are no exceptions. Cancellations can only be made within the first 15 days of the order being placed. Remember, you must first contact us for an RMA number and the proper return shipping address.

All transfer cases should be installed by an ASE Certified mechanic to prolong unit life and validate warranty. If there is an issue with a transfer case installed by a non professional warranty will be handled on a case by case basis.

All transfer cases must have the proper fluid installed. Remanufactured transfer cases are shipped dry. Keep receipts for fluid to validate warranty. (No receipts no warranty) It is the customers responsibility to maintain fluid levels at all times and to service transfer case according to the dealers recommendations.

We cannot warranty any remanufactured transfer case without written receipts that it has been properly maintained. Both parties agree by installing this unit that any legal issues will be resolved in St Johns County, Florida.

Electric shift motors (and sensors) are NOT included with any transfer case we sale. You should retain your existing electric shift motors (or sensors) for your replacement transfer case - if at all possible.
